Our forged rudder stocks are integral open-die forged marine shaft forgings for ship steering systems.

We adopt high-quality alloy steel materials including 42CrMo, 34CrNiMo6 and other marine-grade steel. After precise quenching and tempering heat treatment, the workpieces gain high tensile strength, good toughness and strong resistance to seawater corrosion and fatigue load.

Strict ultrasonic non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection and mechanical property testing are implemented during production. The products can meet the specifications of mainstream classification societies such as CCS, DNV, LR, BV.

Custom forging and machining services are available to satisfy technical requirements of bulk carriers, container ships, cargo vessels and marine engineering ships.
