Hydraulic Cylinder

 The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuator that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, performing linear reciprocating motion (or oscillating motion). It boasts a simple structure and reliable operation. When utilized to achieve reciprocating motion, it eliminates the need for a reduction gear and, free from transmission gaps, ensures smooth movement, thus finding widespread application in the hydraulic systems of various machinery. The output force of a hydraulic cylinder is directly proportional to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference on either side. Essentially, a hydraulic cylinder consists of a cylinder barrel and cylinder head, a piston and piston rod, sealing devices, as well as buffering and exhaust devices. The inclusion of buffering and exhaust devices depends on the specific application, while the other components are indispensable.
